We can only accept returned product bought from the Mi-bambino London website. We can provide a refund or exchange, if the items are returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. The product needs to be unworn and in their original packaging.

Please fill in our Mi-bambino London returns form. Fill out the form describing the items you wish to return or exchange. Clearly select the return or exchange dropdown menu. Before you submit please Print off the form and place inside your package with the product and attach the return address to the outside.

In case of a product/s having a manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at

customerservice@mi-bambino.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging; otherwise, a full refund will not apply. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: For returns, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Mi-bambino London as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery, as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. 

 

Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, and we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns. Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

 

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products. If the return is made by your own choice,

Mi-bambino London will not be responsible for returns postage expenses. We do not accept responsibility for returned product lost in the post and we do not cover the cost of returning the product.

 

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

 

We recommend that you return your products through a tracked delivery Service.
